This tender concerns the establishment of a complete connection system for Kredsløb Transmission A/S (hereinafter referred to as the Client). The task consists of: • Connections and changes to existing systems Skinnen and BKVV including pipes, fittings and components • Connection to VAK, 2 pcs. 50,000 m3, including pipes, fittings and components • District heating connection lines, buried and overhead lines to Skinnen, BKVV and VAK • Connection system in a new building with machine installations including pipes, fittings and components, electrical installations and SRO installations With reference to Article 65 of the Utilities Directive, it can be stated that the contract in this tender will not be divided into (further) subcontracts, as the Client has assessed that, given the characteristics of the task, as well as the financial, liability and execution aspects, it is most appropriate to solve it in a contract. The tendered task is described in more detail in the tender documents. No remuneration will be paid for participation in this tender.

The tendered task is offered as a turnkey contract. The tender includes one heat pump system based on outside air as an energy source, the system must deliver 22.5-26 MW of heat at 0° C outside temperature, and a relative humidity between 80 and 100%. The project allows all natural refrigerants in the heat pump installation itself. Only direct evaporation in the air yard is accepted with A1 refrigerants, i.e. no flammable or toxic refrigerants are desired in the air yard. The client wishes to enter into a turnkey contract for the design, delivery, installation and commissioning of a heat pump system within the specified delivery limits. The delivery thus includes a project where the tenderer takes full responsibility for designing, calculating, collaborating on the best solution in the short and long term, purchasing, carrying out installation and commissioning. Reference is made to the technical descriptions and specifications of the tender materials for a detailed specification of the delivery. The contractor must carry out all necessary work for the establishment of the heat pump system, including, but not limited to: Preliminary design, detailed design, procurement specifications, quality assurance, CE marking, installation inspection in accordance with requirements from the labour inspectorate, compliance with and documentation of all relevant regulatory requirements. The contractor must provide the mechanical engineering information necessary for the design of the building contract. Carry out planning, coordination and necessary work necessary for the delivery of the agreed delivery. In the start-up phase, the general contractor must coordinate design and interfaces with the adjacent contracts, to clarify availability restrictions. Quality assurance, inspection, tests, commissioning and preparation of trial operation and warranty measurements for the heat pump system.

Bornholms El-Produktion A/S (hereinafter "Client") is offering a contract for the supply, installation and commissioning of an electric boiler for auxiliary steam. The Client operates a combined heat and power plant located at Skansevej 2, 3700 Rønne. The plant produces electricity and heat, primarily based on biomass in normal operation. As an emergency plant, the plant also has diesel generators that can be activated when needed. In order to strengthen the electrification of heat production and support the overall objective of phasing out fossil fuels in normal operation by 2027 at the latest, the Client wishes to establish an electric boiler for the production of auxiliary steam as a replacement for the current oil-fired solution. The project is to ensure an electrified and flexible steam supply that supports both operational reliability and participation in the system services market. The contract includes the supply, installation and commissioning of an electric boiler to be integrated into the existing combined heat and power plant at Skansevej 2, 3700 Rønne. The work includes adaptation to the existing infrastructure and ensuring compliance with applicable technical requirements and standards. The tender is carried out on behalf of all current and future entities in the Bornholms Energi og Forsyning Holding A/S group, including all subsidiaries and project-specific companies (SPVs). In this context, the contracting authority reserves the right to transfer the contract to any other entity (existing entity or SPV) in the Bornholms Energi og Forsyning Holding A/S group at any given time (before or after the signature of the contract).

The Danish Hydrogen Backbone project (DHB) is a comprehensive effort to establish a hydrogen infrastructure in Denmark, connecting planned large-scale hydrogen production in Denmark, produced from renew-able energy sources such as wind and solar, with the German and European hydrogen markets. The project is part of the European hydrogen infrastructure and significantly contributes to the EU's goals of climate neutrality and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The full backbone is planned to extend all the way from underground storage in the northern part of Denmark (Lille Torup) to the German border (Frøslev), but a political decision has been made to initially focus on building the southern part of the system (DHB1) and thereby having this part operational by the end of 2030. The scope of services for the framework agreement has an intention of describing all phases of the DHB-1 project from detailed design to testing and commissioning for the purpose of taking the hydrogen transmission asset into operation, thus the framework agreement is also intended to be used for the remaining part of the Danish Hydrogen Backbone project and therefore covering the full backbone. For further information please see Scope of services – Appendix 2, sec. 2.1. The Contracting Authority wants to purchase verification and certification services from an independent, third-party agency in order to satisfy those verification and certification requirements laid down under the compliance plan. For further details regarding the tender, reference is made to the tender documents. The value of the framework agreement is expected to amount to 13.000.000 EURO with the possibility of extension with 100% which amounts to the total value of 26.000.000 EUR.

The contracting authority wishes to procure construction and civil engineering works in connection with the expansion of the existing 400/150 kV high-voltage substation at Kassø west of Aabenraa. The project includes the construction of a new and larger 400 kV substation and two new 150 kV substations, the dismantling of the current combined substation and the construction of up to seven switchyards. The substation area will be expanded from approximately 12 hectares to approximately 135 hectares, of which the three substations will comprise approximately 50 hectares, while the remainder will be developed as a recreational area with public access. For further details regarding the procurement, please refer to the accompanying annexes. The tendered contract has a term of three (3) years. The contract value is expected to amount to DKK 160 million.
