The contracting authorities must have solar cell systems installed on supply systems in three different supply companies (Bornholms Spildevand A/S, Bornholms Vand A/S and Bornholms Varme A/S). This involves a total of 11 different solar cell systems, of which 2 will be extensions of existing systems. The solar cell systems must be installed in connection with supply systems with existing power consumption and thus connected to the existing electrical installations and grid connections. The purpose of the project is thus to cover the consumption of power on the individual cadastres. This is partly part of the contracting authority's strategy and goal of reducing the CO2 footprint. An energy meter must be installed for each system for external measurement of the system's power production. The pulse connection from the energy meter must be forwarded to the PLC module in the buildings' main switchboard. For systems over 50 kW, a production meter must be installed, cf. the Executive Order on Internal Electricity Connections. For further information on the execution of the task, please refer to Appendix 1 – Requirements Specification and Appendix 2 – Project Description. It is of great importance to the Contracting Authorities in this procurement that their code of conduct (Appendix 6), with a particular focus on human rights, is complied with in this procurement. Against this background, a documentation process has been included in section 6.3 of the tender specifications, which is intended to ensure that the Contracting Authorities have the opportunity to follow up on the fact that there has been no violation of their code of conduct before the final conclusion of the contract.

Christiansø's current CHP plant consists of 3 generator sets and associated installations that have a limited remaining life or pose a risk of critical failure. ETK has initiated analyses and preparatory work in relation to the establishment of a new power plant, as part of the "Green Christiansø" project. The purpose of this project is to ensure safe and stable energy production in the existing CHP plant until the new CHP plant is in operation. The delivery includes 3 new generators to power Christiansø, as well as the replacement of associated installations that are defective or pose a risk of critical failure. The delivery includes design, delivery, installation/assembly and commissioning as well as 3 years of service of new generator sets including electrical panels, controls and the replacement of associated installations that pose a risk of critical failure. Furthermore, the delivery includes the establishment of a temporary power supply while the works are in progress. The above is purchased under one goods purchase contract. It is considered most appropriate to combine the goods purchase contract and ancillary services under one contract. This is to ensure the correct execution of the work and to avoid unnecessary costs and an unnecessary extension of the project period. In addition, it also ensures that the overall responsibility for the execution is concentrated with one supplier.

This tender concerns 10 concession contracts (partial contracts) for the establishment and operation of charging stations for the Municipality of Frederiksberg. The charging stations must be able to deliver an output power of 22 kW (partial contract 1-8) and min. 50 kW (partial contract 9-10) respectively – both types must be able to handle load sharing. In Frederiksberg Municipality, charging infrastructure has already been established, ensuring broad geographical coverage. However, the need for additional charging infrastructure is continuously increasing as the share of electric cars increases, and the charging infrastructure must be expanded in order to achieve the political objectives. The majority of the existing charging infrastructure has been established with a five-year permit based on Section 80 of the Roads Act before the AFI Act. As these expire, they will be put out to competition in accordance with the AFI Act and this tender is, among other things, an expression of this. In addition, 39 new locations are also being offered where there are no charging stations today. Of the 39 new locations, fast chargers (min 50 kW) must be established at 4 of these locations. An overview of the locations, including information on whether they are existing or new locations, is provided in the tender documents. The tenderer may choose to submit a tender for one, several or all sub-contracts. If tenders are submitted for several sub-contracts, the tenderer must state the order of priority in the tender list. Only tenders that achieve a minimum score of 5 for "Design/aesthetics" will be awarded the contract. This means that tenders that do not meet this requirement will be excluded from the evaluation and will therefore not be taken into account. A tenderer may be awarded a maximum of three sub-contracts among sub-contracts 1-8 and a maximum of one sub-contract among sub-contracts 9-10. The operators with whom the municipality enters into a contract obtain the right and obligation to act as an operator of charging points and provider of charging services to end users. The tender is carried out in accordance with. Directive 2014/23/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the award of concession contracts (the Concessions Directive) as implemented by BEK no. 1080 of 29/06/2022, and is carried out as a public tender.
