Viborg Varme's EnergiHub in Foulum is a new power plant. The project includes the establishment of a fully operational power plant with heat pump systems, consisting of several heat pump systems that utilize the surplus heat from Energinet's direct current station and Apple's data center at Foulum, east of Viborg. The surplus heat is handled up to district heating temperature for use in Viborg Varme's district heating network to consumers. The project also includes the establishment of process connection installations in the existing heating plant on Randersvej (RAVP). The process plant, contract E01, is established in 2 phases, where the 1st phase - phase 1A - is part of this tender package. E01 - Phase 1B awaits the expansion rate of the surplus heat and thus the investment decision. Other contracts are implemented over a single stage so that, for example, construction and facilities, district heating pipes and partly tank plants are established and thus prepared for phase 1A+1B heat quantities. The building is being established in modules so that in the long term it can be expanded to the east for additional phases and thus larger amounts of surplus heat. This requires that the Process Contract in the establishment of the plant includes the possibility of later further expansion, in addition to the aforementioned phase 1A & phase 1B. The power plant must be established in a number of contracts, which are required to be able to cooperate on an optimal plant for Viborg Varme. The project is divided into 5 sub-projects: E01 - Process engineering plants E02 - Construction and civil engineering plants E03 - District heating transmission lines E04 - Accumulation tank and buffer tanks E05 - District heating pipe package Reference is also made to the other tender materials, which contain a detailed description of the task.
