Minister of Foreign Affairs Kang, Kyung-wha will attend the G20 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting to take place in Nagoya, Japan, on November 22-23.

° The Meeting will bring together delegates from the G20 member states and nine invited guest countries, and consist of sessions on three themes “Promotion of Free Trade and Global Governance,” “2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SDGs),” and “Africa,” during which the participants will discuss the G20’s policy direction for a sustainable global economic growth.

° The forthcoming Meeting will mark the end of Japan’s G20 presidency for the year 2019. In December, the G20 chair for 2020 (the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) will start preparations for the next G20 Summit.
