1. Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs, together with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Igor Morgulov, will hold a Republic of Korea-Russian Federation meeting of the head delegates to the Six-Party Talks in Seoul on December 18.

2. In the forthcoming meeting, the two sides will exchange views on the progress in the situation on the Korean Peninsula and discuss ways that the ROK and Russia can work together to achieve complete denuclearization and establish permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula.
