1. The Diplomats’ Choir, one of the teams participating in the Foreign Ministry’s “people as public diplomats” projects for 2016, will stage a “night of Korean classical songs” event at Yonsei University on October 27.

2. Foreign ambassadors to the Republic of Korea, including from Spain and Malaysia, will take part in the performance, singing Korean classical songs alone and/or in groups. The UNICEF Children's Choir and La Luce Choir will also perform at the event.

3. Ambassador for Public Diplomacy Cho Hyun-dong and many other officials of the Foreign Ministry will attend the event along with the general public. The event is expected to serve as an opportunity to showcase the beauty of Korean classical songs to local foreign diplomats, who, in turn, are anticipated to promote Korean culture in their home countries.
