1. Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs Hwang Joon-kook will visit Moscow, Russia, from December 1 through 3 to meet with Igor Morgulov, Deputy Foreign Minister in charge of Asia-Pacific affairs and Russian head delegate to the Six-Party Talks. In the meeting, the two sides will share their assessments of the overall situation on the Korean Peninsula and discuss relevant matters as well as ways to address the North Korean nuclear issue down the road.

2. During his visit to Russia, Special Representative Hwang will also meet with other officials related to the Korean Peninsula and extensively exchange views with them on the full range of North Korean issues, including its nuclear program.
