1. Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, Yachi Shotaro, is scheduled to visit Korea from October 13 to 14, 
to hold a strategic dialogue with Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Yu Myung-hwan.

2. The two vice ministers will exchange views on a wide range of issues, including Korea-Japan relations, 
the North Korean nuclear issue for peace and prosperity of Northeast Asia, alliances with the United States, 
relations with China, and regional cooperation in East Asia.
