1. Amb. Noh Kyu-duk, Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs, met with Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Korea Andrey Kulik on the afternoon of February 9.

o Special Representative Noh appreciated Russia’s commitment to playing a constructive role in resolving the Korean Peninsula issues, and asked Russia to play its role in making progress on the Korean Peninsula peace process.

o Ambassador Kulik hoped to continue cooperation on the Korean Peninsula issues.
