The telephone conversation is seen to have served as an opportunity to share the COVID-19 situations of the two countries, to review various bilateral issues, and to bolster the foundation of collaboration on the international stage through direct communication between the Foreign Ministers amid the limitation in physical contacts between the two countries due to the COVID-19 situation.
