1. Minister of Foreign Affairs Kang, Kyung-wha will attend a virtual seminar hosted by the Asia Society based in New York, the United States, at 9 a.m., September 25 (Korea Standard Time), and deliver an address and participate in a discussion under the theme “the Republic of Korea's response to COVID-19 and how the pandemic has changed the global landscape for the country.”

o At the upcoming event, Minister Kang will talk about the ROK’s efforts to strengthen multilateralism to overcome the pandemic as well as close collaboration between the ROK and the U.S.

o Minister Kang’s address will be followed by her virtual discussion with the host (Asia Society Policy Institute's Vice President Daniel Russel) and an online Q&A session with the audience.

2. The event to be held on the occasion of the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly is an open seminar that anyone can watch through the links posted on the Asia Society’s website (YouTube or Facebook).
