한국에서 사증발급인정번호를 발급받은 자는 하기 서류 지참 후 영업일 오전 9:00~11:30 사이 영사부 방문하여 비자 신청 바랍니다. (예약 불필요)

■ 제출 서류

①사증발급인정번호가 적힌 신청서 (신청서는 공란없이 다 작성할 것) *발급일로부터 3개월 이내

②여권

③여권사본

④수수료 (현금만 가능)

*심사 과정에서 필요시 추가 서류가 요구 될 수 있음.

■ 주의사항 

-심사기간동안 반드시 일본에 체재해야 합니다.

-심사기간은 통상 약 일주일 소요되며, 개개인에 따라 심사 기간이 길어질 가능성 있습니다. (필요시 인터뷰가 있을 수 있음)   

-91일 이상 체류하는 경우, 입국일로부터 90일 이내에 체류지의 관할출입국관리사무소장 또는 출장소장에 외국인등록을 해야합니다.

-체류지를 변경하는 경우, 14일 이내에 새로운 체류지의 출입국관리사무소장, 출장소장 또는 시, 군, 구장에 전입신고를 해야합니다.

Applicants who have obtained a Certificate for Confirmation of Visa Issuance Number  (CVI No.) in Korea are requested to visit the Consular Section to apply for a visa between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on business days, bringing the required documents listed below.

(No appointment is required.)

①Visa application form with the Confirmation of Visa Issuance Number  (CVI No.)

(All fields must be completed without omission)

*Valid within 3 months from the date of issuance

②Passport

③Copy of passport

④Visa fee (cash only)

*Additional documents may be requested during visa processing.

■ Important Notes

-Applicants must remain in Japan during the visa processing time.

-The visa processing time generally takes approximately one week; however, it may vary depending on individual circumstances, and an interview may be required if necessary.

-For stay more than 91 days in the Republic of Korea, you need to apply for foreigner registration with the immigration (branch) office having jurisdiction over the place of your residence within 90 days from the date of entry into the country.

-If you have changed your place of residence, you must report the new address to either the immigration (branch) office or Si/Gun/Gu office having jurisdiction over the new place of residence within 14 days after moving in.
