OTP 서류 요청 건에 대해 문의해 주셔서 감사합니다.
하지만 문의 주신 사항과 관련해 영사관에서는 어떠한 '법적 OTP 허가 서류' 관련 업무를 담당하고 있지 않기 때문에 도움을 드리기 어려울 것으로 생각됩니다.
재단에서 요청하는 문서를 어디서 취득할 수 있는지 재단측에 여쭤보시는 것을 추천드립니다.

Thank you for your inquiry about the OTP document request.
We are sorry to let you know that because the Consulate General of Korea is not in charge of any 'Legal OTP Authorization Document', we cannot provide the document you are in need of.
We highly recommend you ask the Foundation where you can obtain the documents required by the Foundation.

Then for getting Grant money from Foundation I need to submit legal OTP Authorization document.
