1. The government of the Republic of Korea welcomes and fully supports the statements released by countries such as the U.S.A. and France to call for an immediate 21-day ceasefire across the Israel-Lebanon border.

2. The ROK government strongly urges all parties concerned to immediately accept the ceasefire proposal and to continue to strive for the de-escalation of tensions in the Middle East.
