1. Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi will pay a visit to the Republic of Korea from December 14 to 16 at the invitation of Foreign Minister Park Jin.

   ※ Director General Grossi initially planned to visit on December 13 but postponed his visit by one day due to urgent meetings.

2. Foreign Minister Park will meet with Director General Grossi on December 15 to share views on key issues such as the North Korean nuclear program and the disposal of contaminated water from the Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan. They will also discuss cooperation between the ROK and the IAEA.
