Delwar Hossain from the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, H.E. Khalid Ebrahim Al-Hamar from the State of Qatar, H.E. Gregório José da Conceição Ferreira de Sousa fromthe Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, H.E. Andrew Chernetsky from the Republic of Belarus, H.E. Ekaterini Loupas from the Hellenic Republic, H.E. Togolani Edriss Mavura from the United Republic of Tanzania and H.E. Dagmar Schmidt Tartagli from Switzerland.
