1. The government of the Republic of Korea welcomes the resumption of negotiations over the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) to take place in Vienna on November 29. The Korean government looks forward to substantial progress and encourages all parties involved to engage with patience.

2. The Korean government hopes that all parties concerned will reach agreement on the JCPOA, faithfully comply with it, and thereby contribute to the promotion of regional peace and stability as well as the strengthening of the global non-proliferation regime.

3. The Korean government, where Iranian assets are frozen, will continue our diplomatic efforts to revive the JCPOA, taking into account the significance of our alliance with the U.S. and relations with Iran.
