1. The Government of the Republic of Korea cannot but be outraged and appalled over the terrorist attack that occurred at Garissa University College in Kenya on April 2, and strongly condemns the act of terrorism. In this regard, the Government of the Republic of Korea offers its condolence and consolation to the innocent victims of this terrorist attack and their bereaved families as well as the rest of the people and the government of Kenya.

2. The Government of the Republic of Korea reaffirms that terrorism in all forms and manifestations are criminal and unjustifiable under any circumstances and will work closely with the international community to combat all forms of terrorism.
