Sara Angelina Solís Castañeda from the Republic of Guatemala, H.E. Songkane Luangmuninthone from the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, H.E. Tarash Papaskua from Georgia, H.E. Carlos Peñafiel Soto from the United Mexican States, H.E. Dawn Elizabeth Bennet from New Zealand, H.E. Paul Fernando Duclos Parodi from the Republic of Peru, H.E. Svend Olling from the Kingdom of Denmark, H.E. Saeed Koozechi from the Islamic Republic of Iran, and H.E. Tamara Ann Mawhinney from Canada.
