​1. The Korean government respects the court’s ruling, and will make every possible effort to restore the honor and dignity of the "comfort women" victims.

2. The Korean government recalls that the agreement on the "comfort women" issue reached between the Korean and Japanese governments in December 2015 is an official agreement between the two governments.

3. The Korean government will closely assess the impacts of the ruling on bilateral relations, and will work to continue constructive and future-oriented cooperation between the two countries.
