• ●The consulate of the Embassy will thoroughly review all visa applications, with additional interviews where we think necessary. The process may take more than 20 working days. However, the consulate of the Embassy may allow the expedited process for diplomatic and official visits, essential business activities including investment and technology transfers, family members of the Korean nationals and other humanitarian reasons such as medical visa applications. In order to receive a medical visa urgently, applicants must provide a document from the hospital in the Republic of Korea where they intend to seek treatment that explains the urgency of the treatment and why it must occur in short of time.

• ○Passport copy that valid more than 6 months 

• ○Documents to prove your stay in Qatar over 2 years: Choose one option either 4-1 or 4-2

• ■4-1. Two documents

• ●Employment Certificate issued by your current company which mentioned position and salary(No need notarization by MoFA)

• ●Certificate which is mentioned your Residency Permit details, including first entry (issuance date) and the expiry date; Apply for 'To Whom It May Concern' certificate(must have QR code) through online Metrash and print.

• ■4-2. One document

• ●Employment certificate mentioned official duty starting date and salary, which must be notarized by Consular Department of Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs with one month validity

• ○English company establishment card(must have QR code) that valid more than 3 months from entry date of Korea

• ○English commercial registration(must have QR code) that valid more than 3 months from entry date of Korea

• ○Latest 3 months salaries bank statement with sign and stamp of the bank 

• ○Confirmed round-trip air ticket

• ○Hotel reservation with the traveller's name included

• ○Copy of previous 5 years of travel record such as exit-entry stamp or visa page on the passport, if you have traveled and applicable. The last entry date to Qatar record must be included.

• ○1 White background passport size picture taken in 6 months

• ○Copy of previous 5 years of travel record such as exit-entry stamp or visa page on the passport, if you have traveled and applicable. The last entry date to Qatar record must be included.
