Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the State of Qatar

1. The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the State of Qatar invites prospective bidders for security service for the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, located at New Diplomatic Area, Al Shabab St., Onaiza              -66, Doha.

- Estimated Budget : Approx. QAR 230,000 (All TAX included)

※ Please take note that the amount may be subject to change depending on the annual budget of 2026

- Duration : 1 year (January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026)   

- Details : (Sun-Thu) 2 guards 3 shifts

           (Fri & Sat) 1 guard 3 shifts  

2. Submission of Bidding Document

- Submission Deadline : November 29, 2025

- Bid Opening : November 30, 2025 at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea

- Bidding Document : 1) quotation 2) statement of relevant experiences 3) copy of company licenses & permits issued by Qatar ministries and authorities 4) copy of certificates (ISO, OHSAS, etc.)

※ Security amount for the tender is approximately QAR 11,500 (5% of estimated amount, only Bank Draft in favor of “Embassy of the Republic of Korea” will be accepted.)

※ The bidder selected through the bidding process shall submit a performance bond equal to 10T of the total contract price, either in the form of a bond or a bank issued cheque.

3. Selection of Bidder

- Selection by price (60%), certification (15%), and experience (25%)

- “Price Proposal” shall be equal or less than the estimated price and equal or more than the minimum Price (87.995% of the estimated price).

- Any bid exceeding the above the estimated price or less than minimum price (87.995% of the estimated price) may result in rejection of its bid.

- If the lowest bidder is found as disqualified or drops the bid, the second lowest bidder would be selected for negotiation.

- Selected bidder should make the contract within 7 days. If the selected bidder is not able to make the contract within 7 days, the security for the tender will not be returned to the bidder.

- Selected bidder should submit Confidentiality Agreement and Pledge to Implement Integrity Pact before the commencement of the project.
