Notarizaion Request

• Required Documents and Fee

1) Documents (They must be notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affaris of Palestine in Ramallah)

2) Copy of the Passport (In case of Sending another person such as family or friend, a copy of his/her Passport is also required.)

3) Fee : $4 per document

• Important Notes

1) All Documents, such as Gaduation Certificate, Degree Certificate, Transcript, Non-Conviction Certificate, Marriage Certificate and Business Registration Certificate, must be notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Palestine Authority in Ramallah.

2) The valid date of documents and the notarization stamp from MOFA Palestine is 3 months. (For example, if the date of issuance of documents and the notarization stamp are Jul 15th 2025, they will be valid until Oct 15th 2025. So if you visit us on Oct 16th 2025 with those documents, your application won't be accepted.)

3) A Graduation Certificate and a Transcript are considered two documents, requiring $8.

4) The fee must be paid in the exact dollar amount. (No Shekel, No Change.)

5) Bank Transaction Statements cannot be notarized.

6) The Average Processing Time is within 1 month.
