1. The Korean government deeply regrets the bombing that occurred on March 15 at 17:50 (local time) in 
Yemen’s southern city of Syoun which killed 4 and wounded 3 Koreans. The Korean government also 
extends sincere condolences to the innocent victims and their bereaved families.

2. The Korean government will work in close cooperation with the Yemeni government in bringing back our 
wounded people as well as the bodies of the Korean victims, and in finding out the cause of this tragedy at 
the earliest possible date.
