1.     Ambassador for Korean Peninsula Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of 
China, Ning Fukui, is scheduled to visit the Republic of Korea from April 29 to May 1, 2004.

2.     Ambassador Ning Fukui plans to pay courtesy calls on Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade (10:00) 
and Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs (10:30) on April 30, and discuss the North Korean nuclear issue, 
including the working group meeting for the Six Party Talks.
