Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Vancouver

On Monday, March 11, Consul General Jongho Kyun had lunch with Yeji Y. Ham, the author of "The Invisible Hotel(published by the Penguin Random House Canada)", which is about the Korean War and its scars.

During the lunch meeting, Consul General Kyun expressed his appreciation to Ms. Ham for writing a novel in English that delivers Korea's unique feelings and historical background. The two discussed ways to encourage more Korean-Canadian writers to be active on the world stage.
