All visa applicants are requested to fill up the [e-Form(Visa)] at the [Korea Visa Portal] website from 4 May 2025. After filling up & print the application form with bar code, the applicant should visit to the Consular section of Embassy with other documents required.

e-Form (Visa)

What is 'e-form' (visa application)?

• An applicant can fill out an electronic visa application form online and submit it to the Visa Portal before he/she visits a Korean diplomatic mission in his/her country of residence.

• In order to complete the application process, you must print the e-form (with a bar code) that you filled out on the Visa Portal (with other required documents) and visit the Korean embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

※ Applicants must visit in person to submit visa application.

visa requirements for F-1-5 (Visiting & Joining Family) for parents of marriage migrant for the purpose of child care support

ㅇ Invitee's terms and conditions:

  - In principle, Korean spouses of marriage immigrants

ㅇ Number of invitations:

  - In principle, F-1-5 invitations are allowed up to two times per child.

ㅇ When to invite (As of the visa application date) :

  1) Marriage immigrant or his/her spouse is pregnant

  2) Until the end of September of the year the children of marriage immigrants turn 9

   * In the case of three or more minor children, in the case of a single-parent family 

     : Until the end of September of the year the children of marriage immigrants turn 12

- Copy of Invitor's Passport (or valid ID)

- Original Marriage certification

- Residency Verification Documents of the Korean (Real estate register, Contract of lease)

- Invitor's Invitation letter (초청장)

- Korean's Child's School Certificate (If the child is school age)

  -> If admission to elementary school or admission to the upper grade is postponed due to unavoidable reasons, it is necessary to attach a document stating the reason.(만약 해당 자녀가 부득이한 사유로 초등학교 입학 또는 상급학년 진학이 유예된 경우에는 그 사유를 소명하는 서류 제출 필요)

- Invitor's Korean Basic Certificate (detailed, issued within 3 months) (초청인 명의 기본증명서(상세))

- Invitor's Korean Family Certificate (detailed, issued within 3 months) (초청인 명의 가족관계증명서(상세))

- Invitor's Korean Marriage History (detailed, issued within 3 months) (초청인 부부 혼인관계증명서(상세))

- Korean Resident Registration Certificate (issued within 3 months) (초청인부부 주민등록등본)

- Korean Family Certificate under Korean child (detailed, issued within 3 months) (초청자가 지원할 자녀 명의 가족관계증명서(상세))

  (If pregnant, Pregnancy Certificate, or Maternity Handbook)

- Korean child's Korean Basic Certificate (detailed, issued within 3 months)  (초청자가 지원할 자녀 명의 기본증명서(상세))

- Invitor's Letter of Guarantee (guarantee period must be 3 years from entry date/ 3년 신원보증기간 필요) (Attached)

- Invitor's Letter of Pledge on Illegal stay and Unemployment (Attached)

- Documents to prove severe diseases and/or disabilities (if applicable) 

ㅇ For Applicant's(in Bangladesh) side (비자 신청자 측 서류)

- Visa Application Form (Attached) <- Please use the attached visa application form.

 ※ Please fill out the form faithfully so that the contents of each form are not omitted.

- Passport Sized 1 Color Photo of Applicant (Taken Within Last 6 Months)

- Passport with Minimum Validity of 6 Months.

- Photocopy of Valid Passport and Bangladesh ID cards

- Cover or Forwarding Letter of Applicant

- Applicant's Letter of Pledge on Unemployment (Attached)

- Family Relationship Certificate issued by City Corporation or Union office(including parents, all siblings, and all children)

- Birth certificate of bangladeshi marriage immigrant

- TB Test Result issued by Designated tuberculosis test center (within 3months)

 ※  Additional documents may be requested if necessary.

 ※  All documents submitted must be original copies

▶ Fee (Fees are non-refundable for cases in which visa processing results are not permitted, cancellation of the applicant, or issuance of a single-entry visa after applying for a multiple-entry visa.)
