Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Sultanate of Oman

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Sultanate of Oman co-hosted the Logo Design Contest celebrating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Oman with the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman to Korea and the Korea-Arab Society. 

Out of eighty excellent entries from Korea and Oman, the following design was selected to be the winning entry. 

The colour of the number 50 is expressed using the colours of each national flag, and also images of each other's national flags are depicted inside numbers to convey the messages of promoting mutual cooperation and friendship between the two countries. The five blue lines next to the number 5 represent the 50th anniversary, and the following five white lines means the next 50 years to be filled in together step by step.
