Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Sultanate of Oman

1. Starting on June 8^th 2022, all travelers are exempt from quarantine regardless of vaccination status. However must take negative result of 48hrs before departure PCR or 24hr before departure for RAT. 

2. Travelers need to register their travel information through Quarantine COVID-19 Defence (Q-Code) system (☞ visit Q-Code portal) before traveling to Korea. Please check attachment how to register Q-Code. 

It will be your information before entering to Korea, your health condition as well as once you enter to Korea within one day you must take PCR test in the airport or close to the health center after you need to put your result in Q-CODE. Therefore registering Q-CODE is mandatory to do before going to Korea so that make your immigration process easier.

 3. Short-term travelers who are infected with COVID-19 upon arrival will be taken to a government designated quarantine facility for 7 days and must pay for their treatment.
