Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Los Angeles

Consul General Youngwan Kim attended the 106th Anniversary Commemorative Ceremony of the March 1st Independence Movement on Saturday, March 1, at 11:00 AM. The Korean American Federation of Los Angeles and various Korean American organizations organized the event. During the ceremony, Consul General Kim delivered a commemorative address on behalf of the acting president.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and U.S. Representative Jimmy Gomez also attended the ceremony, joining in the commemoration of Korea's March 1st Independence Movement.
