Amb. Kang attended the groundbreaking for Hyundai-POSCO's new mill in Louisiana—a major step forward for Louisiana-Korea ties. The first EAF-based U.S. steel mill to integrate all stages of steel production will create 5,400 jobs and strengthen the manufacturing ecosystem.
