ประกาศเกี่ยวกับวีซ่าดิจิทัล โนแมด (F-1-D)

กลุ่มเป้าหมาย : ผู้ที่สามารถทำงานนอกบริษัท (Work Remote) ได้ มีอายุงานปัจจุบันมากกว่า 1 ปี และรวมถึงสมาชิกครอบครัว

■ คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1) อายุ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป

2) มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อคนมากกว่า 2 เท่า ของรายได้ประชาชาติต่อหัวของประเทศเกาหลีใต้ อ้างอิงจากข้อมูล Gross National Income (GNI) ของธนาคารแห่งชาติเกาหลีโดยใช้เกณฑ์รายได้ของปีก่อนหน้าปีที่ยื่นสมัคร

เกณฑ์รายได้ (Income Requirement)
อายุ (นับ ณ ปีปฏิทิน)	พื้นที่พำนัก
	เขตเมืองหลวง (จังหวัดคย็องกี กรุงโซล และอินชอน)	นอกเขตเมืองหลวง / พื้นที่ที่มีประชากรลดลง (หรือมีความเสี่ยงประชากรลดลง)
18–34 ปี	รายได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 1.5 เท่าของ GNI	รายได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 เท่าของ GNI
35 ปีขึ้นไป	รายได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 เท่าของ GNI	รายได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 1.5 เท่าของ GNI
ข้อยกเว้นสำหรับผู้สมัครที่เดินทางพร้อมครอบครัว ผู้สมัครที่เดินทางพร้อมคู่สมรสและ/หรือบุตรที่ยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะและจะพำนักในเขตเมืองหลวง (จังหวัดคย็องกี กรุงโซล หรืออินชอน) จะต้องมี รายได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 เท่าของ GNI โดยไม่คำนึงถึงอายุ ผู้สมัครที่เดินทางพร้อมคู่สมรสและ/หรือบุตรที่ยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะ และจะพำนักในนอกเขตเมืองหลวง หรือพื้นที่ที่มีประชากรลดลง (หรือมีความเสี่ยงประชากรลดลง) จะต้องมี รายได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 1.5 เท่าของ GNI.

3) ไม่มีประวัติอาชญากรรม

4) มีประกันสุขภาพที่ครอบคลุมค่ารักษาพยาบาลในประเทศเกาหลี การรักษาและการส่งตัวกลับประเทศต้นทางวงเงินประกันไม่น้อยกว่าประมาณ 2.8 ล้านบาทรายละเอียดเอกสารประกอบการยื่นคำร้อง

■ รายละเอียดเอกสารประกอบการยื่นคำร้อง

1) ประวัติหนังสือเดินทาง สำหรับผู้สมัครสัญชาติไทย ขอเอกสารได้ที่กรมการกงสุล กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ

2) หนังสือรับรองการทำงาน (ภาษาอังกฤษ) ระบุระยะเวลาการทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี พร้อมระบุตำแหน่งงานและเงินเดือน

3) หลักฐานทางการเงิน Bank Balance และรายการเดินบัญชี (Statement) ภาษาอังกฤษ ย้อนหลังอย่างน้อย 6 เดือนและเอกสารต้องอัปเดตไม่เกิน 2 สัปดาห์ก่อนวันยื่นสมัคร

4) ใบรับรองประวัติอาชญากรรม (ภาษาอังกฤษ)

สำหรับผู้สมัครที่เคยพำนักอยู่ในประเทศอื่นๆที่ไม่ใช่ประเทศสัญชาติของตนในระยะเวลาต่อเนื่องมากกว่า1ปี ภายในระยะเวลา 5 ปี

5) หลักฐานการมีประกันสุขภาพต้องสามารถใช้รักษาพยาบาลในประเทศเกาหลีได้

6) ผลตรวจวัณโรค (ภาษาอังกฤษ)ออกโดยโรงพยาบาลที่สถานทูตฯกำหนด

Workation (Digital nomad) F-1-D

Those who have been employed in a foreign company (or owns foreign company) for more than 1 year and are able to work remotely in Korea, and their family.

■ Condition

1) Be older than 18 years old

2) Working in the industry for over 1 year and earn double Korea’s gross nation income (GNI) more than 200K per month or 2.3M per year

Exception for applicants accompanied by family: Applicants who will be accompanied by their spouse and/or minor children while staying in Seoul metropolitan area (Gyeong-gi province, Seoul, Incheon) will subject to 2 times GNI income threshold regardless of age. Applicants who will be accompanied by their spouse and/or minor children while staying in non-Seoul metropolitan area or population-declining (or at-risk) regions will subject to 1.5 times GNI income threshold.

3) A copy of spouse’s passport

4) Have no criminal record

■ Requirement

1) Record of passport (Only Thai nationality) The document can be issued form Thai Consular

2) Certificate of Employment in English indicating an employment period of at least one year, the applicant's position, and salary.

3) Bank statement of applicant’s bank account

(The statement should be at least for 6 month and issued within 2 weeks form present.)

4) English version of criminal record certificate.

Required for applicants who have resided continously in a country other than their country of nationality for one year or longer with the past five years.

5) Evidence of health insurance available in Korea.

6) Tuberculosis Test Certificate in English (Please find the attached file of the list of countries and designated hospitals on website)

• In case of follow-up family

Have to submit Family relationship document such as marriage certificates, house certificates, and other English
