■ Registration Information

  ○ Registration Period : January 14^th – January 27^th 2026 

     - No additional applications will be accepted after the registration period above.

  ○ How to apply : E-mail Apply (topikrwanda@gmail.com) with filling up Google Form

     - Steps of application (Follow the Steps Carefully)

       A. Deposit Application Fee (I&M Bank,  Korean Embassy TOPIK, 200 860 19 008)

         * The name of the depositor must be the same with the name of the test applicant.

       B. Color Scan the documents; 

         * 1 PDF : (1) Application form with photo attached, (2) Deposit proof slip, (3) ID Card

         * 1 jpg : (1) ID Photo or Passport Photo (Photo itself)

       C. Title of the E-mail must be ‘105th TOPIK APPLICATION_Name’

       D. Attach the 3 scanned documents

         * Wrong Title of the email will not be accepted.

         * It must be Color Scan, with GOOD quality; more than 250 dpi.

         * The Quality of the photo is IMPORTANT.

       E. Check the link below and complete the Google Form

         * Click to the google form (https://forms.gle/hdkKZe2M13nPZoAi7)

  ○ Application Fee : TOPIK I (12,500 RWF), TOPIK II (15,000 RWF)

    - Free cancellation until January 27^th 2025 by E-mail request

  ○ Result Announcement : May 29^th 2026 (Fri)

    - A certificate can be printed for free at www.topik.go.kr

* In case you do not have national ID card(ex. minor), you can submit the ‘Certificate of Identity Confirmation’.

* Please be advised that if non-registration occurs due to failure to follow the steps of the registration and deadlines stated above, the applicant will be solely responsible.

■ Test

  ○ Test Date : April 11^th 2026 (Saturday)

  ○ Test Location : World Mission Secondary School

    - Address : Kigali, Gasabo District, Kinyinya Sector, Gacuriro cell, Kabuhunde II Village
                 (Across the Kinyinya sector office)

  ○ Test Schedule (local time)

■ Test Instructions

  ○ Entry time : 30 minutes before the test starts

  ○ What to bring: Test Ticket, effective ID card with photo, correction tape

    - Valid ID : passport, ID card, etc. (must include photo, date of birth, full name, and not expired)

  ○ Note for the Test

    - All answers should be marked by the special marker given at the test location.

    - Participants can ONLY take the designated tests during designated sections.

      (Ex. During listening test, answers for only listening section can be marked.)

    - No electronic devices (ex. mobile phone, E-book, tablet PC, Bluetooth earphone,

      voice recorder, smart watch, laptop, etc) will be allowed in the test room.

      If applicants have any of these devices, they should turn off the devices and submit to 

      the inspector prior to the test.

    - Applicants must apply to the Embassy within 4 weeks of the score announcement date 

      to correct their personal information.

      (Errors caused by applicants’ own mistakes cannot be corrected.)

    - Check the cheating and cheating disposition procedure through the test taker’s note

      (Failure to do so will result in penalties)

    - The test may be cancelled if there are less than 10 applicants per test level (TOPIK I, II).

    - There will be important notice a week before the test day.
