Required Documents for C-3 (Short-term Visit) Visa for Religious Workers
1. Basic Documents
• One (1) Visa Application Form and one (1) passport-sized photo
• Original Passport and one (1) photocopy of the Bio-page (information page)
• Photocopy of OECD country visas (if applicable)
• Photocopy of PRC Card or IBP Card (if applicable)
• Visa Fee: Gratis (for stays of 59 days or less), PHP 2,000 (for stays of 60 to 90 days)
2. Proof of Income and Employment
2-1 For Paid Religious Workers (Clergy, Ministers, or Regular Staff)
• Original Certificate of Employment
• Photocopy of the first page of the SEC Registration of the religious organization
• Original Bank Certificate (must include Account Name, Number, Type, Current Balance, Opening Date, and 6-month
Average Daily Balance)
• Photocopy of CRASM (Certificate of Registration of Authority to Solemnize Marriage), if applicable
• Photocopy of Ordination Certificate or Appointment Letter, if applicable
• Photocopy of Seminary Diploma, if applicable
2-2 For Unpaid Religious Volunteers
• (If affiliated with a religious organization) Original Certificate of Employment (must include official title)
• (If employed elsewhere) Original Certificate of Employment
• (For Corporate Directors/Officers) Photocopy of SEC Registration (1st page) and GIS (General Information Sheet)
• (For Individual Business Owners) Photocopy of DTI Registration, Mayor’s Permit (or Barangay Permit), and BIR COR (Form 2303)
• (For Housewives) Submit income and employment documents of the spouse
• (For Students) Submit income and employment documents of immediate family members
• Original Bank Certificate (must include Account Name, Number, Type, Current Balance, Opening Date, and 6-month Average Daily Balance)
• Photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR), if applicable
3. Invitation Documents
3-1 Invitation by a Church/Organization
• Invitation Letter in Korean with the church seal (must include church address, contact information, and the name/title
of the person in charge)
• Photocopy of the Church’s Business Registration Certificate (Goyu-beonho-jeung)
3-2 Invitation by an Individual
• Invitation Letter in Korean
• Photocopy of the inviter’s Korean Identification Card

• Visa Screening: Issuance is determined by reviewing the applicant’s documents. The inviter’s status or identity guarantee alone does
not guarantee a visa.
• Notarization: No documents require notarization.
• Invitation Letter Format: There is no fixed form. However, it must be written in Korean and include the personal details of both the
Filipino invitee and the Korean inviter, the purpose of stay, and the duration of stay.
• Required Documents: Only the specified documents should be submitted. Applications will not be accepted if required documents
are missing.
• Additional Documents: Supplemental documents may be requested during the screening process if necessary.
