※ Short term visit visa for Filipino married to Korean may only be applied after registering marriage in both Korea and the Philippines

※ If the Korean spouse is not based in the Philippines, please apply for spouse visa(F-6 visa).

2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture
3. Original Passport 
4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)
5. Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable)
6. Original PSA Marriage Certificate

7. Copy of Certificate of Korean Marriage History (detailed, valid for 3 months)
8. Photocopy of Bio-page of Korean's Passport
9. Invitation Letter written in Korean from Korean Spouse
10. Documents to prove Korean is living in the Philippines

 - Photocopy of Korean's Philippine Visa and ACR I-Card
 - Original Employment Certificate if Korean is working in the Philippines

 - Copy of DTI (or SEC) and Mayor's permit if Korean has business in the Philippines

■ Visa Fee: below 59 days stay in Korea -- GRATIS

                      more than 60 days stay in Korea -- PHP2,000.00

                      30 days stay in Korea, 5yrs Mutiple - GRATIS

*If Filipino has children born between Korean, additional Korean's Family Register Certificate (가족관계증명서) should be submitted

*Multiple entry visa may only be granted for those who have maintained their marriage for more than 1 year
