※ Children who are above 18 years of age may apply for visa if the father or mother is a Korean citizen(including those naturalized)
※ Not applicable for children who were adopted after turning 18 years of age.
※ Not applicable for children born after marriage. Children born after marriage must enter Korea with Korean passport.

2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture
3. Original Passport
4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)
5. Original PSA Birth Certificate
6. Original or copy of Korean parent's Cerfificate of Korean Family Registry(detailed, valid for 3 months) with name of child
7. Original copy of parent's PSA Marriage Certificate
8. Original or copy of parents' Certificate of Korean Marriage History (detailed, valid for 3 months)
9. Photocopy of Bio-page of parents' Passport
10. Invitation Letter written in Korean from Korean parent
11. Additional documents if parent/s is/are living in the Philippines
- Photocopy of Korean's Philippine Visa and ACR I-Card
- Original Employment Certificate if parent/s is/are working in the Philippines
- Copy of DTI (or SEC) and Mayor's permit if parent/s has/have business in the Philippines
12. If parent is a naturalized citizen, Copy of parent's Basic Certificate with detailed information (detailed, within 3months)
■ Visa Fee: below 59 days stay in Korea -- GRATIS
more than 60 days stay in Korea -- PHP2,000.00
