Implementation of Designated Travel Agencies from Aug. 29, 2023

  In line with the official opening of the Korea Visa Application Center(KVAC) on August 29, 2023, the Embassy will re-implement the designated travel agency system. 

Starting from August 29, 2023, visa applications will be accepted at KVAC only if filed in person or through one of our designated travel agencies. However, in case of group applications for a family trip or business trip, one of the applicants may submit all applications.

If you wish to submit visa applications through a representative, please submit your applications to one of our designated travel agencies.
