• Project Title: Security Service for the Korean Embassy and the Korean Ambassador’s Residence

• Guarding of the embassy premises and the residence

      ○ Embassy

      ○ Electronic Security Monitoring and Response Services

• ○ Residence

• 1. Manned Guarding Security Services (24 hours/ 7days)

• 2. 1 security guard required 

• 3. 1 guard dog required from 18:00 to 07:00

• 2. Qualification 

• ○ Valid business license and Security Industry Authority(SIA)-issued license 

• ○ Business not related to any of these status: liquidation, M&A, disposal, legal composition, court receivership, and/or any types of legal disputes

• ○ Contract Period : Jan 01, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026 (12 months)

• ○ Contract Signing: Within 3 days from the result announcement

• 3. Tender Information 

• ○ Bid Type : Public competitive bidding 

• ○ Bidder Evaluation Method: Qualification examination by the Embassy

• ○ Advertising Period : Dec 9, 2025 – Dec 14, 2025

• ○ Application Deadline : Dec 14, 2025

• ○ Expected Amount Range: Under PGK 150,000 (GST included) 
  

• *Any additional amount for the unexpected holidays of Papua New Guinea must be included in advance.

• ○ The size of the company including the number of security guards

• ○ Professional experience with diplomatic missions in Port Moresby
