Notice of Service Tender for the Production of a Video Commemorating the 10th Anniversary of the Korea–New Zealand FTA

      The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in New Zealand is pleased to announce a service tender for the production of a commemorative video marking the 10th anniversary of the Korea–New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (FTA). The purpose of this video is to promote the achievements and significance of the FTA and to foster a future-oriented and mutually beneficial economic partnership between the two countries. We welcome the participation of interested individuals and professional organizations.

1. Overview

ㅇ Project Title : Production of a commemorative video marking the 10th anniversary of the Korea–New Zealand FTA

ㅇ Video Length : Approximately 10 minutes (including a 5-minute summary version)

     ※ Subtitles in both Korean and English must be included

ㅇ Suggested Content

    - Significance of the 10th anniversary of the FTA's entry into force

    - Key economic achievements since the implementation of the FTA

     - Successful Korea–New Zealand economic cooperation cases

     - Interviews with business representatives from both countries

     - Future outlook of bilateral economic cooperation

        ※ The above content is for reference only and may be adjusted in consultation with the Embassy.

ㅇ Project Duration : From the date of contract signing until July 31, 2025

ㅇ  Contract Value : Equivalent to KRW 5,000,000 in NZD

     ※ The contract will be awarded through a small-scale discretionary procurement process

2. Eligibility, Application Deadline & Submission

ㅇ Eligibility : Individuals or professional entities with relevant experience in video production

ㅇ Announcement Period : May 7 (Wed) – May 23 (Fri), 2025

ㅇ Proposal Submission : Please submit your proposal via email to the Embassy (info-nz@mofa.go.kr) by May 23 (Fri), 2025

    ※ The proposal format is open and may be freely composed

3. Selection Process

ㅇ Applicants who submit their proposals within the announcement period will be reviewed and evaluated. The selected contractor will be notified by May 28 (Wed), 2025, followed by contract signing.

4. Additional Notes

ㅇ Submitted proposals will not be returned, and any costs associated with the proposal submission shall be borne by the applicant.

ㅇ The completed video will be the property of the Embassy. It may not be shared with third parties or used for any purposes other than the stated project without prior approval from the Embassy.
