F-6-1: MARRIAGE MIGRANT (SPOUSE) VISA

n Period of stay: 1 year or less

n Single-entry visa valid for 3 months

Eligible Applicants:

The attached checklist is applicable only to Malaysian passport holders married to Korean nationals. 

Applicants of other nationalities are advised to contact our visa section at myvisa@mofa.go.kr 

Important Note:

Kindly be informed that, effective 13 April 2023, all F-6 visa applicants (regardless of nationality) and their Korean spouses 

(inviting parties) are required to submit criminal record check certificates and medical certificates.
