C-3-9 - Tourist visa (Domestic Helper of non-Korean)

C-3-9: SHORT-TERM TOURIST VISA
n Period of stay: 15 Days
n Single-entry visa valid for 3 months
Eligible Applicants:
1. Employers who wish to bring their domestic helper must have specific reasons for the helper to accompany them, as listed below:
The employer or his/her spouse is elderly (aged 65 or above) and requires special assistance due to a medical condition.
The employer requires special assistance for his/her underage children (aged 9 or below).
The employer requires special assistance for his/her elderlyparents (aged 65 or above) with medical conditions.
*Age is based on the calendar year. No visa will be issued for purposes other than those listed above.
2. Domestic helpers who wish to enter Korea for personal travel are not eligible to apply for this type of visa.
If you are eligible for a K-ETA, you must apply for a K-ETA. A visa application can only be submitted if your K-ETA is denied. (Check my eligibility >> If your country is not listed, you must apply for a visa). |
