C-3-1: SHORT-TERM GENERAL VISITOR VISA (CONFERENCE / COMPETITION/ TRAINING)
n Period of stay: 90 days or less
n Single-entry visa valid for 3 months
Eligible Applicants:
For individuals visiting Korea for less than 90 days to attend academic or cultural exchange program, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, lessons, religious ceremonies, training programs, sports competitions, and other similar activities.
If you are eligible for a K-ETA, you must apply for a K-ETA. A visa application can only be submitted if your K-ETA is denied. (Check my eligibility >> If your country is not listed, you must apply for a visa). |
Important Note:
Professional athletes may be required to obtain a C-4-5 visa if the event organizer provides monetary compensation to all participants. However, if prize money is awarded only to the winner, this visa type will apply.
