Embassy Track quota for Cambodia: 2 candidates (General) + 1 candidate (R-GKS) = 3 in total
※ Applicants may only apply for either the General Track or the R-GKS Track.
※ Multiple applications will result in disqualification, and if discovered after selection, acceptance will be cancelled.

Applicants for the General Track must include at least one university from Type B among a maximum of three universities.
Applicants for the R-GKS Track may apply to up to two universities, all of which must be Type B universities.
[Required Documents]
For the Embassy Track, applicants must submit three (3) sets of photocopies of all application documents.
Only applicants who pass the interview stage will be required to submit 'consular-confirmed' documents (mandatory requirement for the 2nd selection stage).

Result of Document Screening: October 22 (Wed), 2025 (tentative)

[Important Notes]
This announcement applies to the Embassy Track. For the University Track, please consult the official guidelines and contact the universities directly.
Applicants must carefully read the guidelines and FAQs and review all attached documents before making inquiries. Due to the high volume of questions regarding document submission and preparation, the Embassy may not be able to respond to all individual inquiries.
① Applicants who are ‘expected to graduate’ can apply for the program with a ‘certificate of expected graduation’. Such applicants must submit their ‘official graduation certificate’ (or diploma) and ‘final academic transcript’ to GKS Center, NIIED by December 31st, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your acceptance.
※ Certificate of expected graduation will be accepted only if the document indicates expected graduation date(or month)
② Applicants with ‘provisional/temporary graduation certificate’ can apply for 2026 GKS-U, but such applicants will be considered as applicants who are expected to graduate. Such applicants must submit their ‘official graduation certificate’ (or diploma) and ‘final academic transcript’ to GKS Center, NIIED by December 31st, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your acceptance.
