Seoul National University (SNU) is now accepting applications for the 2026 Spring GDTL (Global Digital Transformation Leadership) Program. 

This government-funded international scholarship program, under the Ministry of Science and ICT, offers fully funded master's and doctoral degrees through the Technology Management, Economics, and Policy (TEMEP) program at SNU. 

The program aims to train public sector professionals in science and technology fields from strategic partner countries. Benefits include full tuition, monthly stipend, airfare, settlement allowance, health insurance, and Korean language training.

 Applicants must be foreign nationals working in public sectors such as government agencies, research institutes, or international organizations.
