Asia-Pacific Masters Games 2023 Jeonbuk Korea

The Asia-Pacific Masters Games (APMG) 2023 Jeonbuk Korea is an international sports competition comparable to the Olympics, World Cup, and Asian Games multi-sport event for the sports-for-all-athletes and anyone from all over the world can participate regardless of age, gender, race, religion or status. 


APMG is held every four years and is authorized by the International Masters Games Association (IMGA). 


The World Masters Games was first held in Toronto, Canada in 1985, and a total of nine games were held until 2017, and the Winter World Masters Games first began in 2010. There are also Masters Games by continents in Europe, Pan-America and Asia-Pacific region where the 2nd Asia-Pacific Masters Games is scheduled to be held in 2023 in Jeollabuk-do, Korea. 


1. Period: May 12 ~ May 20, 2023 

* Application for entry: ~ Jan. 31, 2023 at http://www.apmg2023.kr


2. Venues: Jeollabuk-do (in 14 cities and counties) 


3. Eligible participant


  - anyone over the age of 30 

  - retired athletes (World champion, Olympian, former national team member) and any sports enthusiasts. 

  - You can participate as an individual, not as a member of the national team, and form a mixed team regardless of nationality.
