Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Hong Kong

Acting Consul General Chun Sung-hwan attended the 2025 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony of the Hong Kong Korean Saturday School, held at the Korean International School in Hong Kong on February 28, 2026. He congratulated the 120 graduates (59 from kindergarten, 26 from the elementary division, 9 from the elementary Korean language division, 13 from the middle school division, and 13 from the high school division) and emphasized the importance of preserving their identity as Koreans and fostering pride through the study of the Korean language.

In his remarks, Acting Consul General Chun also encouraged the graduates to continue studying Korean diligently, deepen their understanding of Korean culture and society, and grow into individuals who will contribute to the development of their local community, their homeland, and the wider world.
