5. Marriage registry documents that confirm the details of the marriage from the countries of both parties
- An original copy issued by the government of applicant's home country within the last three months (Must obtain an apostille or notarization from consular offices of the Republic of Korea within the jurisdiction)
※ Documents that issued by the governments of Korea, Hong Kong or Macau do not need an apostille or notarization from consular offices.
6. A copy of the identity card and passport of the inviter
7. Personal Reference Certificate from the inviter (2 years)
8. Original copy of certificate of domestic employment (issued within the last 3 months)
9. Supporting documents for financial ability in Korea either from the inviter or applicant(issued within the last 3 months)
- Example: bank statements of transactions and balances in Korea (issued by bank), a certified copy of real estate register, a copy of domestic vehicle registration
10. Document that proves residential address in Korea (issued within the last 3 months)
- Example: a certified copy of real estate register or lease
11. Sponsor's credit information inquiry form (issued by Korea Federation of Banks within the last 3 months)
12. 'Certificate of no criminal background' of both parties in the marriage o Can be issued by the competent authority of country of nationality or country of residence (Must obtain an apostille or notarization from consular offices of the Republic of Korea within the jurisdiction)
13. Medical reports of both parties in the marriage
