XIX. Entry purpose of permanent residence

1. Required documents by all applicants

Documents	Note
1. Visa application form	o Applicants must fill out and sign the application form with a colored photograph(sized 3.5×4.5㎠ )affixed.
2. Passport	o 6 months or more should be left on passport expiration date (original and copy of the identification page(s)) o Valid HK or Macau residing visa (original and copy) - Applicants who have HKSAR passport, Macau SAR passport, HKDI or Macau Travel Permit do not have to submit the residing visa.
3. Copy of Identification Card	o Submit a copy of Hong Kong or Macau ID card - Not applicable to the applicants who have HK passport, Macau passport, HKDI or Macau TP, or who pass through Hong Kong temporarily

2. Additional documents to submit by specific purpose of visit

Applicant : A visa applicant who receives an invitation letter
Inviter : A subject such as companies, organizations or individuals residing in the Republic of Korea with an aim to invite the visa applicant

Purpose of entry

Required documents

Spouse(F-2-3) of permanent residence(F-5) visa status holders

o Spouses of permanent residence(F-5) visa status holders who wish to stay for long-term

※ Single-entry visa with one year period of sojourn

4. Invitation letter from applicant's inviter

5. Marriage registry documents that confirm the details of the marriage from the countries of both parties

- An original copy issued by the government of applicant's home country within the last three months (Must obtain an apostille or notarization from consular offices of the Republic of Korea within the jurisdiction)

※ Documents that issued by the governments of Korea, Hong Kong or Macau do not need an apostille or notarization from consular offices.

6. A copy of the identity card and passport of the inviter

7. Personal Reference Certificate from the inviter (2 years)

8. Original copy of certificate of domestic employment (issued within the last 3 months)

9. Supporting documents for financial ability in Korea either from the inviter or applicant(issued within the last 3 months)

- Example: bank statements of transactions and balances in Korea (issued by bank), a certified copy of real estate register, a copy of domestic vehicle registration

10. Document that proves residential address in Korea (issued within the last 3 months)

- Example: a certified copy of real estate register or lease

11. Sponsor's credit information inquiry form (issued by Korea Federation of Banks within the last 3 months)

12. 'Certificate of no criminal background' of both parties in the marriage o Can be issued by the competent authority of country of nationality or country of residence (Must obtain an apostille or notarization from consular offices of the Republic of Korea within the jurisdiction)

13. Medical reports of both parties in the marriage

Minor foreign nationality child of Korean nationals(F-2-2)

o Minor foreign nationality child of Korean nationals who wish to stay for a long-term with an aim of receiving Permanent Resident Permit

※ Multiple visa with 1 year or less period of sojourn

4. Public document that proves the applicant is minor child of the Korean nationality holder

5. Evidential documents that prove the relationship between the inviter and the concerned minor applicant and custody

6. Personal Reference Certificate of the inviter (father or mother) who has custody

Child born in marital relation with Korean national (F-2-2)

o Children, who were born from the marital relation (by common law) with Korean, wish to stay for a long-term with an aim of receiving Permanent Resident Permit

※ Multiple visa with 1 year or less period of sojourn

4. Document that proves the relationship of the applicant and inviter

o genetic test certificate, birth certificate, etc.

※ An original copy issued by the government of applicant's home country within the last three months (Must obtain an apostille or notarization from consular offices of the Republic of Korea within the jurisdiction)

5. Personal Reference Certificate from the inviter (father or mother) who has custody

XIX. 居住爲目的韓國入境

1. 所有申請人所需遞交的材料

種類	注意事項
1.簽證發給申請表格	o 必須由申請人本人親自填寫/簽字，貼好符合3.5×4.5㎠規格的照片
2.護照	ㅇ 護照的有效期限逾6個月以上 (正本及載有個人資料頁複印本) ㅇ 由香港或澳門政府發出的居留簽證(正本及複印本) - 持有香港護照，澳門護照，HKDI，澳門TP的人不需遞交居留簽證
3.身份證複印件	o 需遞交香港或澳门ID複印件 - 持有香港護照，澳門護照，HKDI，澳門TP的人及臨時經過香港的人除外

邀請人: 在各種資格下可以邀請的韓國永久居住資格持有者或韓國國民

o 作爲永久居住(F-5)資格持有者的配偶，爲受賦予永久資格而長期逗留的人

※ 逗留期限1年以下單次簽證發給

4.邀請人填寫的邀請函-附件表格

5.可確認婚姻當事人雙方國籍國的婚姻登記事項的材料

- 有關國籍國家的政府最近3個月內發行的材料，需要海牙公證確認或管轄區駐海外韓國公館的領事確認

※ 韓國及香港，澳門政府的發行材料不需海牙公證確認或公證確認

6. 邀請人的身份證及護照複印件

7. 邀請人填寫的對申請人的身份保證書(2年)-附件表格

8. 邀請人的韓國在職證書原件(最近3個月內發給)

9. 邀請人或申請人的在韓國的財政能力證明材料(最近3個月內發給)

- 例如)韓國銀行賬戶交易信息及余額信息(銀行發行), 房地産登記證書, 韓國車輛登記證書複印件等

10. 可以證明韓國居住地的材料(最近3個月內發給)

- 例如)居駐地的房地産登記證明或租賃合同

11. 邀請人信用信息意見書(全國銀行聯合會發行) (最近3個月內發給)

- www.credit4u.or.kr 或者親自訪問全國銀行聯合會

12. 婚姻當事人雙方的'犯罪經曆證書'

o 國籍國及居住國管轄機構發給(需要海牙公證確認或發行管轄區駐海外韓國公館的領事確認)

o 作爲國民的未成年外國人子女，爲受賦予永久資格而長期逗留的人

※ 逗留期限1年以下的多次簽證發給

5. 證明邀請人和有關未成年人(申請人)的關系及持有撫養權關系的材料

- 有關政府3個月內發行，需要海牙公證確認或發行管轄區駐海外韓國公館的領事確認

6. 持有撫養權的邀請人(父或母)的身份保證書

與國民的婚姻關系出生的子女

(F-2-2)

o 作爲與國民的婚姻關系(事實婚姻)出生的子女，爲受賦予永久資格而長期逗留的人

※ 逗留期限1年以下的多次簽證發給

4．證明邀請人和有關未成年人(申請人)關系的材料

o 基因檢測確認書或出生證明書等

※ 3個月內發行，需要海牙公證確認或發行管轄區駐海外韓國公館的領事確認

5. 邀請人(父或母)的身份保證書
