Open Bid Invitation [Security Guard Service]

1. Description: Security Guard Service at Consulate General of the Republic of Korea

2. Qualification:

• Business with a valid business license

• Business that is not related to any of these status: liquidation, M&A, disposal, legal composition, court receivership, and/or any types of legal disputes

• To operate and maintain a permanent office within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territory.

• To possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in providing security personnel and related services in Hong Kong to have successfully carried out relevant mandates and duties with any governments, public institutions, and foreign missions including consulates. Proof of these services must be provided in a written form such as a copy of the contract.

3. Application Process:

• Application period: 26/November/ 2025 – 2/December/2025 24:00p.m.

  ④︎ Memorandum of Tender Deposit Payment Form (Attached)

  ⑤︎ Financial Solvency (Attached)

  ⑥︎ Business Registration (1 Copy)

  ⑦︎ Brief Portfolio (about competencies and past 3-year performances, 1 copy) with a service proposal (Free-form)

  ⑧︎ Proof of Credibility (Financial statement 2022-2024, industrial accident compensation insurance, medical insurance certificate, etc)

  ⑨︎ Security Permit(1 Copy)

4. Bidding Result: After December 3rd, to be individually contacted via email or call

5. Bidding Decision:

• We take the open competitive bidding method, where qualified and competent business with the lowest proposal estimate is awarded the bid.

• When multiple competent suppliers propose the same lowest estimates, only those selected will go through re-bidding.

6. Expected Annual Amount Range: HK$ 284,640.00

7. Contract Schedule:

  • Contract Signing: To be contacted via call or email

  • Expected Contract Period: January 1st 2026 ~ December 31st 2026 (1 year)  

8. Bidding Invalidation:

• Applications that do not meet the stated qualifications are not considered for this project.

• Applications with insufficient, forged and counterfeit documents are not considered.

• When the successful bidder does not wish to continue concluding the contract, it is required that the bid deposit (which is waived at registration) be paid to the Consulate

9. Others:

• Consulate General of the Republic of Korea promotes transparency and fairness in contracts

• Any difference of interpretation would follow the interpretation of the Consulate

• Submitted documents shall not be returned.
