Good afternoon. Let me start today’s briefing.

Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Lee Dohoon will hold the 6th meeting of the Korea-Mongolia joint committee with Chief Cabinet Secretary of Mongolia Dashzegve Amarbayasgalan on November 25.

In the upcoming meeting, Vice Minister Lee will discuss high-level exchanges between the two countries; ways to expand substantive cooperation in a range of areas, including economic and trade affairs, natural resources, and people-to-people exchanges; the situations on the Korean Peninsula and in other regions; and ways to work together in the international arena.

The Korean government will continue its efforts to increase mutually-beneficial cooperation with Mongolia, Korea's strategic partner.
