Pablo Ernesto Scheiner Correa from the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, H.E. Begench Durdyyev from Turkmenistan, H.E. Anne Kari Hansen Ovind from the Kingdom of Norway, H.E. István Szerdahelyi from Hungary, H.E. Jyoti Pyakuryal from the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, H.E. Ramin Hasanov from the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E.
